Andrew Williams
Andrew currently works as an advisor in the Ministry of Water and Environment in Uganda on forest conservation and management in a wide-ranging role which includes supporting the reform of forest co-management arrangements for communities in the country's forest reserves. Prior to this he has had a long association with community-based natural resource management in Eastern Africa and beyond.
