Bupe Banda

I am a young (woman) conservation champion from Zambia. Since 2015, I have honed my advocacy skills, actively lobbying for community inclusion in policy events. As the driving force behind the Zambian CRB Association, I helped shape its growth into an independent institution with a running secretariat. I also made significant contributions at DNPW, FZS and Resource Africa, excelling in community engagement, advocacy and program management. I am a member of Women in Conservation Zambia, Community Leaders Network of Southern Africa, and the African Conservation Leadership Network. I am currently pursuing a Master's in Conservation Leadership at Cambridge University and recently mentored someone as part of a program with Women for Conservation.
