I am presently employed at the Tanzania Forest Community Network (MJUMITA), where I hold the role of Project Officer. In this capacity, I am actively engaged in initiatives centered around gender and conservation, with a specific focus on projects related to community-based forest management and sustainable livelihoods. My primary area of interest lies in the realm of community forest management, particularly in the context of addressing the challenges posed by climate change through adaptation and mitigation strategies.
