Liesel Scott
Insightful and experienced, Liesel brings both professional ability and personal authenticity to her work as a strategic consultant, facilitator, and coach. Liesel has partnered with a wide range of clients for over 18 years, across Africa and Europe, with a particular focus on building more courageous, inclusive leadership.
She is the co-founder of Open Circles, which supports organisations and schools to create a more inclusive culture through the power of dialogue. Open Circles has partnered with WE Africa since its inception in designing, facilitating, and integrating their 12-month WE Lead programme.
In 2015, Liesel trained with Dr. Brené Brown in London, and she is certified as both a Daring Way™ and Dare to Lead™ facilitator. Liesel holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Ethics (Cum Laude) from the University of Stellenbosch. She also has a Diploma in Personal Transformational Coaching from the Animas Centre for Coaching in London and is certified as an Associate Coach with the International Coach Federation.
