Marijn Zwinkels
My professional interests revolve around facilitating social change processes, creating resilient landscapes, and fostering a restoration economy through multi-stakeholder partnerships. In 2009, I co-founded the South African social enterprise Living Lands, which works to enable ecosystem rehabilitation and initiate agricultural practices that create commercial and social sustainability. For the last eight years, I have also worked for Commonland — a Dutch restoration-focused company — where I am currently the 4 Returns Labs Manager and Design Strategist. Additionally, I am part of the Presencing Institute Practitioner circle and am pursuing a PhD to explore how change makers can engage with social fields to promote social learning and transdisciplinary processes for collective understanding and action.
