Richard Ndiga
Growing up, I wanted to travel and see the world, but deep inside, this was driven by a desire to connect with people. This build in me an 'inquisitive' nature to explore life and its many possibilities. Starting my career in information technology in the hospitality industry made me quickly realise the opportunity it presented to understand the most important asset of any organisation, the people; through this realisation, I have had the privilege to work and create solutions in different fields of project management, sustainability, environmental conservation, organisation, and leadership development. I am the Senior Leadership Associate at Maliasili, passionate about using his life journey to impact youth, effect change, and build impact through relationship building. I am the board chairman at Ecotourism Kenya, a Kinship Fellow (2021) with an MBA from the Africa Leadership University and a Post grad diploma in Strategy and Innovation from Oxford University.
