I work at the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment in South Africa. My work is to manage the alien plant clearing and rehabilitation projects, through the Environmental Programmes Expanded Public Works Programmes which aims at improving people’s livelihoods and improving biodiversity and ecosystems goods and services. Liaise with different key stakeholders ranging from communities and other spheres of government departments. My interests are in effective change management and making a difference by contributing positively to society or the environment.
