Damian Bell
Damian is an entrepreneur at heart and founded Honeyguide in 2007. He is engaged when finding solutions to challenges; Honeyguide explores approaches for communities to sustainably manage and govern their conservation areas; understanding them as social-economic enterprises that need to deliver a return to their investors, the local communities. Prior to Honeyguide, he has been a founding partner in several exploits that include a tourism company which has grown into a leading ecotourism company, now known as Asilia Africa, the Tanzania Natural Resource Forum, the Karibu Trade Fair, a tourism trade event as well as responsible tourism certification scheme in Tanzania.
