Fred Loure
Currently, Fred is a Programs Manager at Ujamaa-CRT, responsible for overseeing the fulfilment of larger organizational goals and the integrity and coherence of the six programs in Northern Tanzania. These programs serve pastoralists and hunter-gatherers on land tenure, governance, natural resource management, and community benefits from Natural Resources.
