Hassan Sachedina
Dr Hassan Sachedina is a career conservationist the founder of Sayari Earth and serving as the CEO. He is an accomplished leader and climate and sustainability pioneer. During his 25-plus years of experience, he has demonstrated his passion for accelerating climate and conservation positive economy during roles in Africa, Uk, and the USA. He truly thrives at the interface between natural climate solutions and mainstream business. He contributed to the set up of six REDD+ projects across Africa impacting half a million people, protecting 5 million acres of forests and a billion trees while reducing hundreds of million tons of carbon emissions over the life of the projects. His work has helped to secure US$ multi-billions of investments into conservation, community development, and natural climate solutions. Dr. Sachedina is well qualified with a PhD in Political Ecology from Oxford University in the UK and an EMBA from HEC in Paris.
