Peter Lalampaa
"Peter Lalampaa, Director of Programs at Grevy's Zebra Trust, hails from Oldonyiro in northern Kenya, with a pastoral upbringing. He joined the Trust in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in environmental science and later earned an MSc in conservation biology from the University of Kent in 2011.
Peter's dedication to Grevy's zebra conservation earned him recognition as a Disney Conservation Hero in 2013 and inclusion in the Explorer's Club Top Fifty. Peter's work not only safeguards wildlife and their habitats but also uplifts the livelihoods of his community, aligning perfectly with his commitment to give back to the land and people of Samburu."
