I have lived in Africa for 30 years (mostly Tanzania, Cameroon and Uganda) working in conservation for governments, academic institutions and especially NGOs. I was the Country Director for WCS in Tanzania for 13 years and the WCS Director of Species Conservation and Science (Africa) for another four. I am now the Africa Director for Re: Wild, and I live in Arusha, Tanzania.
