Day zero is about creating connections and setting the tone for the week. We will aim to establish three groups of people working together in a safe and constructive way during this time. Day zero will primarily be geared toward building intimacy so that the group feels excited and encouraged to connect and share throughout the week.

Individual cohorts will use this time to reconnect, reflect on their leadership journeys, and share their intent for the week and for the future of their cohort and the leadership community.

During this session, we will unite all leadership groups together so they can meet, get to know each other, and prepare for discussions and engagement in the days ahead.
